The Harrisonburg Homes Team consists of five members: Chris Rooker, Brant Suter, Amy Chico, Lisa Oates, Sue Halterman. We are proud to be a part of Kline May Realty.

Chris began his real estate career in 2003 with the vision of creating a
residential sales team that works together to offer home buyers and sellers
extraordinary customer service. He was named Rookie of the Year by the
Harrisonburg-Rockingham Association of Realtors for his achievements in 2003.
In 2005 his total number of transactions placed him in the top 1% of more
than 20,000 ERA sales associates nationwide. Prior to real estate he spent
nine years in various management positions at non-profit organizations.

Brant Suter

Brant primarily works with our team's buyer clients. He finds
out what kind of home our buyers are looking for, and makes it his
mission to find it. Brant has extensive experience in customer service
and sales. These two attributes, along with his attention to detail,
placed him in the top 15% of realtors in terms of sales production for
2007.

Amy Chico is the newest member of the team. She has been licensed
since January of 2008 and primarily works with buyer clients. She
graduated from the University of Virginia, works part time as a
registered nurse at Rockingham Memorial Hospital, and has a flexible
schedule which allows her plenty of time to assist clients with real
estate. Amy thrives in social environments and enjoys working with
people and focusing on providing quality service to her clients.
Lisa is our team's Marketing Director. She manages the marketing efforts
of the team, paying close attention to quality and detail, and
coordinates the administrative tasks for the team's listings. Now that
she is licensed, she plans to continue striving for excellence in their
marketing efforts while working with the team to assist buyers with
their real estate needs and focusing on providing outstanding service
to all of their clients. Lisa has worked in various marketing positions
since graduating from college in 2004, including her role as Business
Development Analyst and Marketing Associate for local firms.
Sue has been a practicing real estate agent for 27 years, and brings a
wealth of experience and skill in serving buyers and sellers.
